Valentines Cupcakes and Decorating Ideas

When you think of Valentine's Day you think if chocolates, flowers and Valentines Day cupcakes! Valentines day cupcakes are increasing in popularity! There are many great ways to decorate cupcakes.  Here are a collection of some of the better ideas for decorating cupcakes that I have found.  And there are a lot of great ideas here too. You can make heart shaped cupcakes by using molds!  There are some great tips on icing and even a creative twist by using fruit by the foot to decorate the tops!

For an easy buttercream frosting just wisk these ingredients all together. Seperate and color with foodcoloring 

• 6 tbsp of margerine or butter
• 16 oz bag of confectionary sugar
• 1/8th tsp salt
• 3-4 tsp milk
• 1tsp vanilla
